Building the execution
infrastructure layer for
mid-market enterprises.
Three decades delivering technology transformation across Fortune 500s, high-growth enterprises, and startups across the US, India, Europe, and SE Asia. Now building IntelliconnectQ to solve the execution gap at scale. The gap between strategy and execution has a name in 2026: decision latency. I'm building the infrastructure layer that closes it.
The pattern I've seen across every enterprise
Most organisations' systems can't execute the strategy they already have. Data exists. Dashboards exist. The tools exist. Execution breaks.
The gap is between strategy and the systems built to carry it.
I've seen it in manufacturing in SE Asia, banking at scale in India, managed services in the US, and logistics. It's a decision infrastructure problem. The mid-market ($10M to $500M in revenue) is where it's most acute and most under-served. Enterprise SaaS is built for the Fortune 500. The mid-market inherits the complexity without the resources to manage it.
That structural gap is why I started IntelliconnectQ. Systems that close the loop between a decision and the action that carries it out, running in production, compounding over time.
Previously: VP & Head of Technology Strategy at India's 3rd largest private bank (2015), leading Big Data, ML, cloud modernisation, and enterprise automation at scale. Before that: technology leadership across Fortune 500s and high-growth companies in the US, India, and SE Asia.
What I'm building
IntelliconnectQ is the primary vehicle. The products below are either built and live, in active beta, or in build as equity ventures. Each one is part of the same execution infrastructure thesis.
Execution infrastructure for enterprise operations: AI agents, real-time BI, and automation systems for manufacturing, logistics, managed services, and distribution. We build systems that run in production.
intelliconnectq.com How we work and what we build for ourselves →Marketing, customer service, and ops teams send one message. The ERP answers in plain language, via chat, from any device. Live now for a mid-market manufacturer on a custom ERP. SaaS copilots charge $50/user/month for this. We deployed it on open infrastructure for less.

intelliconnectq.com/askopsOpsGrid is decision infrastructure for mid-market manufacturers, distributors, and logistics operators on Dynamics 365 Business Central. Governed decision agents monitor BC continuously, surface ranked operational risks to named owners in Microsoft Teams, and execute approved actions with a full audit trail. Nothing posts to BC without explicit approval — an architectural constraint, not a policy setting. Decision latency costs $800K–$2.4M per year for a $50M operation. OpsGrid closes it.
Signal. Route. Approve. Execute. Audit.
"We were spending two to three days chasing down decisions that should have been made in the morning. The first week on OpsGrid, three of those decisions arrived in Teams before I had my coffee."

intelliconnectq.com/opsgridOrder volume outgrows manual coordination before anything else breaks. Buyers call for status. The factory waits on the morning briefing. Procurement gaps surface after the damage is done. TradeFlow Crew closes that gap for FMCG distributors and manufacturers — buyer portal, sales queue, factory queue, procurement planning. Phase 1 live in production. Phases 2–4 cover supplier chain, export documentation, and overseas buyer management.
Built out of our own frustration. My team and I were spending hours searching documentation, for each other, for customers, for new team members onboarding. The answer existed somewhere in WikiJS; finding it was the problem. QHub solves that: type a question in your browser tab and get an answer from your company's knowledge base instantly.
Self-hosted, unlimited users, $0/month. Runs on WikiJS + Qdrant vector DB, deploys via a single Ansible command, works with any LLM API. Apache 2.0 licensed, live at multiple client sites.
"We needed an AI powered knowledge base. QHub was the only real answer. The AI queries our ops docs — and we control our data."

intelliconnectq.com/qhubA logistics aggregator platform for the South Asian market. IntelliconnectQ is the technology partner and shareholder, building the full AI infrastructure: agentic shipment management, real-time carrier intelligence, and operational knowledge layer. We co-own outcomes.
A premium food commodity exporter built from India to the world. Anveeka Trade sources and exports roasted gram (rigorous quality standards, four consumer-researched flavours, private label options) to international buyers. What sets it apart is the operating model: CRM-backed communication, proactive documentation, systems-driven logistics, and a partnership ethos over transactional trade. FSSAI Export-Grade, APEDA, and IEC-DGFT registered.

The questions I'm working through with ops leaders:
- What does it take to move from 47% OTIF to 97% — without a 6-month ERP overhaul?
- Where does AI actually shift the margin math for a $50M manufacturer — not in theory, in the P&L?
- When manual lifecycle processes cause a compliance incident, what's the rebuild cost vs. the automation cost?
- How do you make the case for execution infrastructure to a board that only ever sees the AI demo?
- Why 83% of supply chain AI investments don't translate to operational results — and what the operating model has to do with it.
- Why analysts just named "supply chain decision intelligence" as a formal category — and why the mid-market execution of that category is still unclaimed.
- Why 2025 proved that copilots and dashboards are the wrong layer — and what decision infrastructure means for the mid-market in 2026.
If any of these are live questions for you, I'd like the conversation. They're the same problems we're building against right now.
