Building the execution
infrastructure layer for
mid-market enterprises.

Three decades delivering technology transformation across Fortune 500s, high-growth enterprises, and startups across the US, India, Europe, and SE Asia. Now building IntelliconnectQ to solve the execution gap at scale. The gap between strategy and execution has a name in 2026: decision latency. I'm building the infrastructure layer that closes it.

The pattern I've seen across every enterprise

Most organisations' systems can't execute the strategy they already have. Data exists. Dashboards exist. The tools exist. Execution breaks.

The gap is between strategy and the systems built to carry it.

I've seen it in manufacturing in SE Asia, banking at scale in India, managed services in the US, and logistics. It's a decision infrastructure problem. The mid-market ($10M to $500M in revenue) is where it's most acute and most under-served. Enterprise SaaS is built for the Fortune 500. The mid-market inherits the complexity without the resources to manage it.

That structural gap is why I started IntelliconnectQ. Systems that close the loop between a decision and the action that carries it out, running in production, compounding over time.

Previously: VP & Head of Technology Strategy at India's 3rd largest private bank (2015), leading Big Data, ML, cloud modernisation, and enterprise automation at scale. Before that: technology leadership across Fortune 500s and high-growth companies in the US, India, and SE Asia.

What I'm building

IntelliconnectQ is the primary vehicle. The products below are either built and live, in active beta, or in build as equity ventures. Each one is part of the same execution infrastructure thesis.

IntelliconnectQ Analytics
Live

Execution infrastructure for enterprise operations: AI agents, real-time BI, and automation systems for manufacturing, logistics, managed services, and distribution. We build systems that run in production.

OpsGrid-Lite
Live

Marketing, customer service, and ops teams send one message. The ERP answers in plain language, via chat, from any device. Live now for a mid-market manufacturer on a custom ERP. SaaS copilots charge $50/user/month for this. We deployed it on open infrastructure for less.

"It's amazing! This is so important for what I need while travelling."

OpsGrid
Active Beta

OpsGrid is decision infrastructure for mid-market manufacturers, distributors, and logistics operators on Dynamics 365 Business Central. Governed decision agents monitor BC continuously, surface ranked operational risks to named owners in Microsoft Teams, and execute approved actions with a full audit trail. Nothing posts to BC without explicit approval — an architectural constraint, not a policy setting. Decision latency costs $800K–$2.4M per year for a $50M operation. OpsGrid closes it.

Signal. Route. Approve. Execute. Audit.

"We were spending two to three days chasing down decisions that should have been made in the morning. The first week on OpsGrid, three of those decisions arrived in Teams before I had my coffee."

— VP Operations, Mid-Market Distributor (US) · Beta participant

TradeFlow Crew
Live

Order volume outgrows manual coordination before anything else breaks. Buyers call for status. The factory waits on the morning briefing. Procurement gaps surface after the damage is done. TradeFlow Crew closes that gap for FMCG distributors and manufacturers — buyer portal, sales queue, factory queue, procurement planning. Phase 1 live in production. Phases 2–4 cover supplier chain, export documentation, and overseas buyer management.

QHub Wiki
Open Source

Built out of our own frustration. My team and I were spending hours searching documentation, for each other, for customers, for new team members onboarding. The answer existed somewhere in WikiJS; finding it was the problem. QHub solves that: type a question in your browser tab and get an answer from your company's knowledge base instantly.

Self-hosted, unlimited users, $0/month. Runs on WikiJS + Qdrant vector DB, deploys via a single Ansible command, works with any LLM API. Apache 2.0 licensed, live at multiple client sites.

"We needed an AI powered knowledge base. QHub was the only real answer. The AI queries our ops docs — and we control our data."

ZapConnectHub
In Build

A logistics aggregator platform for the South Asian market. IntelliconnectQ is the technology partner and shareholder, building the full AI infrastructure: agentic shipment management, real-time carrier intelligence, and operational knowledge layer. We co-own outcomes.

Anveeka Trade
Live

A premium food commodity exporter built from India to the world. Anveeka Trade sources and exports roasted gram (rigorous quality standards, four consumer-researched flavours, private label options) to international buyers. What sets it apart is the operating model: CRM-backed communication, proactive documentation, systems-driven logistics, and a partnership ethos over transactional trade. FSSAI Export-Grade, APEDA, and IEC-DGFT registered.

"We don't just ship containers — we build partnerships that grow with time."

If you run operations
Process Plants Expect 12% AI Savings. The Execution Layer Is What Most Are Missing.
IoT Analytics surveyed 120 process industry leaders expecting 12% lower operating costs from AI. This is what the execution gap looks like — and why the plants that get there first will solve execution, not modeling.
When the Roadmap Is Three Months but the System Breaks in One
How IQ built a live 5-stage order pipeline for Anveeka Trade in 5 days — and what the first-month failure revealed about execution gaps in FMCG trade.
Geopolitical Supply Chain Disruption: The 5-Decision Protocol That Keeps Operations Off the Back Foot
When a shipping route closes, most operations teams discover their gaps in the wrong order. One framework for sequencing the decisions that matter, with named owners, numeric thresholds, and escalation paths.
When Manufacturing Comes In-House, Operations Is Where the Plan Breaks Down
The financial case for vertical integration is compelling. The operational execution gap (SOPs, decision ownership, knowledge transfer, cross-plant coordination) is real and under-discussed.
AI Pilot to Production in Manufacturing: Why Operations Lag Behind
Manufacturing pilots succeed technically and fail operationally. The 5 root causes behind the gap, and what the organizations that close it actually do differently.
Your Best Operators Leave in 8 Years. Their Process Knowledge Is Not Written Down.
Fortune named it "the hidden bottleneck." 2.8M manufacturing retirements by 2033 are taking undocumented expertise with them. Here's the operational infrastructure that addresses it.
Automating one invoice workflow: what the manufacturer discovered after it went live
Manual invoice reconciliation was the symptom. Deploying the fix surfaced the real problem — and reshaped how every department at this mid-market manufacturer thought about execution.
The ROI of an AI Agent Deployment Is Calculable Before You Build
The four-variable framework and interactive calculator we use to build a business case before any deployment starts.
Your supply chain has the signals. Nobody is acting on them.
Decision intelligence surfaces signals. Decision infrastructure governs what happens next. Most mid-market operations have the first layer and are missing the second.
The supply chain AI execution gap: why signals don't convert to operational action
The signal layer works. The execution layer is what's missing: the infrastructure that turns a signal into a governed decision.
Tariff Procurement Decision Governance: Sourcing Under Policy Volatility
No tariff model survives 90 days intact. The answer is a decision governance layer that keeps procurement moving through policy instability.
83% of Supply Chain AI Pilots Never Reach Production. The Gap Is Not the Model.
83% of organisations are running supply chain AI pilots. Most won't reach production. Three structural gaps (decision ownership, approval governance, cross-functional coordination) determine which side of that line you're on.
Your Senior Operators Are Retiring. Their Process Knowledge Is Not Documented Anywhere.
Manufacturing's $1.4T institutional knowledge problem now has enterprise-grade solutions. None are built for mid-market. Here's what actually works, and why the window is narrowing.
After-Hours Approvals Are Your OTIF Problem
Your OTIF rate isn't a supply chain metric. It's a decision timing metric, and the decisions that break it most often happen on Friday evenings.
Multi-Site Allocation Failures During Shortages
When component supply falls short of combined plant demand, who decides which site gets priority? Without governance, the answer is: whoever escalates to the COO first.
MSP Incident Escalation Governance — The Documentation Gap
When the P1 incident ends and the compliance audit starts, can you reconstruct every decision made during the response? If the answer is 'check the Slack channel,' you have a governance problem.
If you're evaluating AI for ERP
You Are Running Business Central. Your Ops Team Still Can't Act on the Data Fast Enough.
Business Central has the data. The gap is the decision layer between the signal and an approved response. Here is what OpsGrid adds.
Your Ops Team Navigates 4 Screens to Answer a Question the ERP Already Knows
Not a replacement. Not a chatbot. A conversational layer that removes the navigation overhead between your team and the data they already have.
How to unify ERP, CRM, and operations data — without ripping everything out
Most mid-market manufacturers run 4–7 disconnected systems. Decisions stall because nobody has the full picture.
We replaced 6 clicks with one chat message: a conversational ERP layer for ops, sales, and dispatch
A real deployment. Three departments. Live ERP data. No new app, no login, no IT ticket required.
Supplier invoice reconciliation, automated: 10 suppliers, 0 manual steps
We extended the conversational ERP layer to handle supplier invoice matching automatically — here's the architecture and what it replaced.
Emergency Freight Is a Tax on Decision Latency
Emergency freight spend isn't a logistics cost — it's a decision latency cost. Here's how to decompose the 14-hour gap between signal and approved response, and what closing it saves.
